  • Will contest where someone is trying to probate a will that was obtained by pressure exerted on an elderly person to make them write a will that they would not otherwise have written or that was made while the elderly person did not have the full use of his or her mental abilities.  Will contest also include cases where a legitimate will is being probated but someone is falsly alleging that the will is invalid for the above reasons.
